Why do most successful Bihar-origin startup founders build companies in Bangalore or Mumbai rather than in Bihar?

Startup ecosystems don’t build themselves. They are the result of layered infrastructure — venture capital, angel networks, incubators, university pipelines, talent density, peer learning, and legal/regulatory support. None of these layers exists in Bihar at a meaningful scale.
