He cracked IIT Bombay on the second attempt — the first attempt was derailed by a family health emergency and zero access to coaching beyond YouTube. At IIT, he built a prototype for cold-chain logistics in Tier-3 markets. The problem? He’d lived it. His mother spent three hours locating insulin during a shortage.
