Dr Singh is one of the prominent names in education sector in India. He specializes in Rock Mechanics, Slope stability, Underground Space Technology, Mining, Blasting & Soft Computing. He holds a degree in Ph.D. (Rock Mechanics, IIT-BHU, Varanasi.
