Avinash is a Science Graduate and holds a Post-Graduation in Business Management and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. His corporate journey, of over seventeen years, has been across diversified roles and functions across the scales of retail, MSME, Large Corporate, Government Institutions and Industry bodies.

At present he is working with one of the largest Rural Fintechs in the country Spice Money as Head - MSME GTM Strategy. He was associated with Yes Bank as Executive Vice President in the Retail and MSME Business vertical. He has worked with reputed organizations like CARE Ratings, Dun and Bradstreet and Standard Chartered in the past.

Riding on his academic interest, he has been invited by institutions like Delhi School of Economics, ICFAI Mumbai, D.Y. Patil Group of Institutions, Sydenhum College of Commerce and Economics, Synergy Business School and few more. He writes on various topics such as MSME, Banking and Corporate Life, Hindi poems and some of them got published in leading magazines of Industry and Chamber of Commerce.
